About the session:

In an experiment of fluidity and flexibility we celebrate the power of the word

* as an expression of identity, protest, engagement, rage and empowerment

* as the generator and the outcome of thoughts and ideas and strengths

 

Words fill the different spaces of G5A as writers and anthologists from around the city establish themselves in various spots within the premises to read from their works On Consent.

Ten-minute readings will take place all evening starting at 17:00 onward and will continue into the night.

  • If coming via Tulsi Pipe Road please enter the Western Railways Sports Complex gate to discover the alternate access to our center [Note: this route is for pedestrians only]
  • Free valet parking available
  • We request you to bring warm clothes as it gets chilly inside the Black Box
  • Food, beverages and water strictly prohibited inside the Black Box
  • Seating at the Black Box is on first-come, first-served basis. Please do come 15 mins prior to the show and enjoy a good cup of coffee at our in-house cafe, PORT
